For our client, one of the most fast-growing and leading organizations in travel agencies, we are looking for a Financial Accountant.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with the month-end closing
• Prepare several reports regarding the month-end closure
• Responsible for several suspense accounts
• Reconcile several GL accounts due to year-end close
• Responsible for the accounts payable and the accounts receivable
• Process payroll/salary journals
• Process bank in the GL
• Manage accounts payable and maintain contact, if necessary arranging credit notes
• Manage the accounts receivable and reporting the outstanding issues
• Reporting cost-overviews
• Processing declarations
• Placing orders
• Several administrative duties (filing, posting and archiving)

PROFILE

• A bachelor or master degree in Finance
• Fluent spoken and written English. Any other European language is a plus
• Familiar with USGAAP and local GAAP
• Familiar with Oracle /SAP
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work with peers and management to achieve objectives
• High level of honesty, integrity, commitment, and responsibility
• Accustomed to working under pressure and with deadlines
• Able to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization
• Able to resolve problems and conflicts in a professional and tactful manner
• Team player with great communication skills
